The William & Mary School of Education, in collaboration with Hampton City Schools and Newport News Public Schools, are convening a summit where we will explore Reimagining the Teacher Pipeline on the Peninsula. The summit will bring together a diverse group of thought leaders from multiple levels and organizations to discuss the teacher shortage on the Peninsula and creative approaches to recruiting and retaining highly skilled teachers. There will be an in-depth look at developing the "grow your own" teacher pathways in our region.
