Fall 2022 New Faculty Workshop

This fall Swem Libraries is hosting four Zoom workshops for new and pre-tenure faculty that provide an overview of the various aspects of the research lifecycle including copyright, metrics, citations, and the publishing process. The workshops can be taken individually or as a group and are geared toward demystifying the scholarly publishing ecosystem and minimizing frustrations down the road to tenure. All sessions are hosted by Rosie Liljenquist, Publishing & Open Access Librarian, unless stated otherwise.

Researchers read a lot. Keeping track of citations doesn’t have to be more of a burden than the research itself. Research & Instruction Librarian Alexandra Flores will showcase citation management tools and how they can streamline your research process.
