The Provost Office invites you to attend a town hall meeting to hear your perspectives on the use of AI at William & Mary. Currently, there is a Presidential Taskforce working on the creation of university AI Policies. The charge of this University-Wide AI Policy Initiative Committee (AIPI) is to initiate policy formation for the following subject areas: oversight of AI in the classroom, faculty guidance on AI in research and analysis, regulation of AI in university operations, and support for the ethical and responsible management of data and resources related to AI across the university.

We welcome you to join this important town hall session so that we can better understand your perspective on the topics listed above. There is also a Feedback Form on the AIPI Website (see More Information) that provides another way for us to learn more about your views about AI on campus.
