Setbacks and disappointments are part of the leadership process. Sometimes recovery is easy and other times, recovery takes extra work. In this session, Brian Baines and Babs Bengtson team up to cover setbacks from five different levels of pain and suffering; how to use the experience to position ourselves for the next good thing in our leadership; and how leaders can help members of their team rally after a fall to get them back to feeling good about their contributions.
