Integrity Mentoring Research has indicated that one of the most powerful forms of mentoring comes from what people learn from our behavior and less by what we say. If people were only able to observe our behavior, what would they learn about us? Would they see us chasing comfort or control, or would they see a healthy expression of what matters to us. This program, presented by Dr. Kelly Crace, will focus on aligning our values with healthy behavior, resulting in a form of integrity that others admire and respect.
