A desktop procedures manual is your "how to" document. It promotes efficiency, consistency and reliability, Use it as collaborative tool which in turn will help streamline your processes and procedures. It also helps everyone to be on the same page. This document becomes a great reference tool when someone is away on leave or out for extended periods of time. This session will explain why it is important to have one and it will describe how to get started with a well drafted document.
