Interested in learning about what it's like to practice environmental or tribal law? Come and see a lecture by Van DeBergh, Assistant Counsel for Litigation at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. DeBergh formerly worked for the Department of the Interior on environmental issues facing Native American Tribes, and has worked in the environmental division of the Corps of Engineers for the Obama and Trump administrations. He will be discussing his experiences, cases, most recently the Atlantic Coast, and Mountain Valley Pipeline cases, and employment opportunities with the Federal Government. Gyros will be served in room 127 on Tuesday, September 17 at the lunch hour. Cosponsored by NALS and SEALS.
