[PAST EVENT] Mental Health First Aid Training Sign Up
Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders in your community. Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis.
The training will be on October 14 from 8:30 to 4:30 at the Law School. Registration is from September 23rd to the 25th in the Law School Lobby. The cost is $10 per student. Cash is preferred but checks will also be accepted. Sign up will be first come, first serve. As soon as 30 spots are reserved, registration will close. Again, there are only 30 spots available for the training, so sign up quickly!
