The William & Mary Election Law Society is pleased to announce its First Annual Award for Excellence in the Field of Election Law. This year's award recipient is Jeff Palmore, '00, JD '09, Director of Policy Development and Deputy Counselor to Governor Bob McDonnell. Wiley Rein partner and William & Mary Adjunct Professor Michael Toner will present the award at a Friends of ELS event at Wiley Rein in Washington DC on March 15, 2013 from 5:00-7:00.
