Please join us for a Showcase featuring a presentation by Judge David J. Novak and the Law School's Clinical Program, moderated by Dean Davison Douglas. Free and all are welcome. This event is part of W&M's Homecoming celebration.

Lecture by Judge David J. Novak
Title: A National Security Prosecution: The Case of 9-11 Terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui.
Judge Novak is a U.S. Magistrate Judge in the Richmond Division of the Eastern District of Virginia and a member of the adjunct faculty. He has received numerous awards, including the CIA Seal Medallion for his work as a member of the prosecution team of U.S. v. Zacarias Moussaoui.

Panel discussion about the clinic led by Professor Patricia Roberts, Clinical Professor of Law and Director, Clinical Programs, and Director, Lewis B. Puller, Jr. Veterans Benefits Clinic. Professor Roberts is a 1992 graduate of the Law School
Joining Professor Roberts on the panel are clinic students including Sarah Blackadar '16, Lieutenant Michael D. Collett '16, Katy Hutcherson '16, and Jack Wilson '16.
