[PAST EVENT] Movie Screening - "Conviction"

"Conviction" is the true story of Kenny Waters, wrongly convicted of murder, and his sister Betty Anne Waters, who got her GED, Bachelor's degree, and law degree so that she could become her brother's attorney following his wrongful conviction. Students for the Innocence Project is screening this film at the law school on Monday, 10/19 at 5 PM in room 133. Professor Gershowitz will introduce the film with some remarks on the criminal justice system. Those who wish to stay afterward to discuss the film are welcome to join the SFIP board in doing so.
