The First-Year Initiative Directorate is a paid student board within the Office of First Year Experience that plans, designs, and facilitates year-round programming for first-year students at William & Mary. Initiative Directors collaborate to promote both large and small-scale events, while managing individual topical areas to develop and implement initiatives within.
