Join AMP’s Impact committee for a night of inspiration and conversation with Dancing With the Stars winner, model, producer, and activist with Nyle DiMarco!

After winning over audiences on Dancing With the Stars and CW’s America Next Top Model, Nyle has become an influential leader and ambassador for the deaf community. Born into a multigenerational deaf family, Nyle believes his deafness is “an asset rather than a limitation,” and has used his gift to build a bridge between the deaf and hearing by shining a light on not only the struggles, but also the triumphs of the deaf culture.

His passion for language, literacy and advocacy within the deaf community and beyond, has led him to become an honorary spokesperson for Language Equality and Acquisition for Deaf Kids (LEAD-K) and a creative collaborator on The ASL App, created by native deaf signers to teach conversational American Sign Language. With special thanks to the Atwater family, join us as Nyle shares his barrier-breaking story as a deaf man who has risen above stereotypes to take the world by storm. Above all, Nyle shows audiences that with a sense of community, commitment to your goals, and belief in yourself, you can accomplish anything.

This event will have an interpreter. In order to attend, you must register for the event. Register using this link.

This event will not be recorded so please remember to tune in on October 14th at 7pm!
