The Diversity in the Workplace panel is looking at the different stakeholders in recruiting and retaining diverse students in the workplace. The panelists will include students and alumni talking about their experiences finding jobs and internships as well as employers from the Williamsburg/James City County area discussing their policies and initiatives concerning diversity. The breakfast will also feature employers providing perspectives on recruitment, benefits, and various initiatives related to diversity.
The goal of the breakfast is to provide students opportunities to network with employers as well as provide students a safe environment to openly discuss and communicate with employers and other students about individual differences as they relate to topics of Diversity in the Workplace.
