Join in conversation about our lived experiences of mental health and ways we can engage with empathy and action. Dinner provided.
Talk with those directly connected to mental health including people with a mental illness diagnosis, family members, healthcare providers like therapists, psychiatrists, and counselors, those who serve special populations like veterans, youth, and incarcerated people, as well as advocates and educators. In small group conversations you'll hear guests share about the role of mental health in their lives, how they navigate every decisions and systems, how they think communities can improve, and actions you can take.
