Tax Day got you down? Well, come join the DiveIn committee for another Popup event on Monday, April 15 @ 1:00 pm in the Galley! This event reveals a new feature in the Galley that supports our VIMS community, the Community Pantry. The premise of the pantry is simple- Need a snack-Share a snack, we all give back. The pantry is supported through donations from the students, faculty and staff here at VIMS.
On April 15th, we will feature the variety of snacks and beverages that will be available in the Galley. They include treats such as granola bars, fresh fruit, hot cereals, and beverages (tea, hot chocolate, and pods. A Keurig is available for hot drinks but this feature is primarily BYOP-bring your own pod.)
A donation box will be available for anyone who chooses to contribute to the cause financially. Otherwise, bring your snack donation and help us stuff our cabinets with goodies for our community.
Come out and join in the fun while we enjoy all the new amenities the Galley has to offer!
