Join KEEN (Kids Enjoy Exercise Now) teen and young adult athletes (ages 16-21) for an afternoon of bowling! KEEN's Mission is to empower youth with disabilities by providing free, non-competitive one-to-one programs of exercise, fitness and fun, led by volunteer coaches. 

As a volunteer coach, you'll help them with their balls, celebrate their efforts with them, give them the opportunity to work on their social skills and help them have fun! No experience necessary.

Training is provided. New volunteers must arrive at 1:30 for orientation and training. Athletes and volunteers will bowl from 2-3 pm.
