Join us for breakfast in midtown with Kate Conley, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Dean Conley will provide an update on campus, including President Rowe's listening tour, and will highlight the "Liberal Arts at Work" at William & Mary. 

This event is $10 to attend and will include a breakfast buffet. Space is limited, so please register using the green button below to reserve your space today. All are welcome to join!

Parking is available at the adjacent parking deck on the corner of Juniper Street and Peachtree Place and can be validated for three hours by bringing your ticket to the restaurant to be stamped.


Dean Conley Bio: Kate Conley is Dean of the Faculty of Arts & Sciences at William & Mary. She also holds tenure as a professor of French and Francophone Studies in the Department of Modern Languages and Literatures. 

Kate?s undergraduate degree in English is from Harvard College (1979); her PhD in French is from the University of Pennsylvania (1992). She worked at Dartmouth College for 20 years as a member of the French faculty in the Department of French & Italian; she served for a year as Department Chair and for five years as Associate Dean for the Arts & Humanities.

She has published three books and two co-edited volumes (in French) on the surrealist movement, with a focus on women, poetry, art, and collections.

She is particularly proud of the work she has done in collaboration with deans and faculty in Arts & Sciences over the past six years on the development and implementation of the new general education COLL curriculum.
