The Native American Law Society is excited to present a panel discussion featuring Law Professors Kades and McSweeney and William & Mary Anthropology Professor Dr. Moretti-Langholtz, Director of the W&M's American Indian Resource Center, who will share an overview of Johnson v. M’Intosh, its precedent, cultural aspects, and insights on the contemporary and local impacts. Lunch will be provided. Thanks to ACS for co-sponsoring this event.
