The Williamsburg Sunrise Movement Hub is putting together a town hall to educate the community about climate change, its effects, and the ways that policies such as those listed in the Green New Deal could work to protect the environment and the people. We will be discussing how environmental action would help the planet, and more specifically, Coastal Virginia. Community leaders will be sharing about how the Green New Deal's promotion of environmental action will benefit our community and help to fight climate change.
