Please join us for the fifth conversation between LatinX alumni and current students. Through partnership with LatinX Alumni and the Latin American Student Union (LASU), we are excited to offer monthly dialogues on topics including mental illness, machismo, careers, Latin representation in the media and many more.

For the December dialogue, we will learn about LatinX representation in the U.S. workforce and hear from alumni on how they paved their career paths. Then we will have the opportunity for current students to review their resumes with alumni in individual or small group breakout rooms. Current students, this is an opportunity to network with alumni representing a wide variety of career paths. Alumni, this is a chance to share advice with current students and guide them as they consider their professional futures.

The host for the December dialogue will be Aili Chatfield-Taylor ’17. Aili graduated in 2017 with a B.A. in Public Policy & Public Health. While a student, Aili spent three years working with the Global Research Institute, but currently works in experience design at Capital One. Aili is half Cuban and half Panamanian, and spent her childhood in Panama before permanently relocating to the United States at age 8.

Please join us as we strive to build the LatinX student and alumni community at William & Mary!
