Fred Liggin, Founder of 3e Restoration Inc., will moderate the discussion alongside Ms. Kim Dellinger with Bacon Street Youth and Family Services, Dr. Monica Griffin, Professor Peter McHenry, and Ms. Wendy Evans with the Williamsburg Department of Human Services as panelists.
