[PAST EVENT] SIPS Guest Speaker: Claire Wheeler Desmond

ZoomJoin the Student Intellectual Property Society (SIPS) to hear from William & Mary Law alum, Claire Wheeler Desmond. Claire is Intellectual Property Counsel at Under Armour in Baltimore, Maryland. Claire's primary responsibilities include advising business units on trademark, copyright, and advertising campaigns relating to Under Armour's footwear, apparel, and accessories. She previously worked in the IP Litigation group as an Associate at Venable LLP where, among many other things, she was very involved in pro bono efforts including representing inmates on death row in Florida state prisons regarding solitary confinement issues.
