Chef Jessica Bueno brings her culinary experience to create authentic Brazilian menus for William & Mary. This immersive video and dining experience allows W&M Dining to share authentic native cuisine and culture.
Menu includes: Salmon in Passion Fruit Crust with Banana Puree, Tomato Stuffed with Palm, and Cream Cheese Mousse with Guava Confit.
Students may use a meal swipe for the event.
Faculty and Staff rate is $8.00
