William & Mary Law School's Election Law Society is pleased to host Jason Torchinsky '98, J.D. '01, partner at Holtzman Vogel Baran Torchinsky & Josefiak. Torchinsky, one of the country’s top political law attorneys, specializes in campaign finance, election law, lobbying law, and redistricting litigation. Torchinsky will be discussing the presidential primary process from a legal perspective, specifically ballot access for candidates and the delegate selection processes for both parties, as well as the challenges facing potential independent candidates when it comes to ballot access. The event will take place in Room 127, lunch will be provided.
