Industry has been abuzz with questions about "the cloud" and "cloud compliance." If you are a commercial company, you certainly have had an earful. However, the government will be investing heavily in the cloud in the coming months and, in order to deal, your company must know how to the government's rules will change the game. Come listen to our panel discuss cloud computing, compliance and with a government twist.

Jerry Miles J.D. '07 will moderate a panel of experts, who will each have 5-10 minutes to share their experiences with the audience before we open the floor to questions.
$5 registration fee includes a sandwich, chips, cookie and a drink.
THE PANEL:
Chris Bailey M.B.A. '06, Vice President, Iron Mountain Federal
Chris Bailey brings a unique blend of business leadership and technology experience to the panel. He has been working side-by-side with Federal customers for the past 22 years in developing high technology solutions to answer complex business and mission needs. Most recently, he has been leading teams that focus on bringing various cloud offerings to Federal customers. Some of the cloud related offerings include: applications, infrastructure, and storage as a service. Chris is very familiar with many challenges that organizations see in evaluating cloud alternatives.
Chris Bailey is currently Vice President of Iron Mountain Federal. Prior to Iron Mountain, Chris led the Federal team for Brocade Communications--focusing on growth and integration of acquisitions (McData and Foundry). He has also held Federal leadership positions at Hitachi Data Systems and HP.
From his start with Federal as a systems administrator on an Army program, then a few years programming at the FBI Hoover building, over to designing complicated information management systems for the intelligence community, to his more recent leadership roles, Chris has always been an advocate of the complicated challenges facing our government. Some of the companies Chris has worked for include: Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), COMPAQ (through Tandem and Digital Equipment Corporation acquisitions), HP, Hitachi Data Systems, Brocade Communications and now at Iron Mountain.
Mike Bradshaw '79, Director of Google Federal
Mike Bradshaw manages Google's federal business. He leads a team based in Reston, Va., responsible for selling and marketing Google's Enterprise solutions to the federal government. He is also responsible for the Google Earth Enterprise business for North America.
Prior to joining Google, Mr. Bradshaw spent 15 years at Microsoft, most recently as the director of the U.S. Department of Defense business. He began his career in IBM Federal as a systems engineer and moved into account management of civilian agencies. He also worked for Oracle in their Mid-Atlantic commercial sector.
Mr. Bradshaw received his M.B.A. from George Washington University, and his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary.
Dinesh Rawlley, Strategic-Partner at Schooley Mitchell Telecom Consultants
Dinesh Rawlley brings over 25 years of global IT services and operations experience with demonstrated skills in applying technology as a means for business process improvement. Throughout his impressive career, Dinesh has garnered extensive knowledge of business strategic planning and execution, technology assessment & deployment, organization development, outsourcing, mergers & acquisitions through his work with Fortune 500 Consumer Goods, Bio-technology, Medical Devices and Financial companies. He has served with distinction at MedImmune Inc., M&M/Mars Inc., Playtex Products, Inc., Tredegar Film Products Inc., and PHH Financials. Currently, he is the President of Aeon Global LLC, a management consulting company that provides deep technical knowledge and execution excellence in meeting their customer's key business challenges.
Dinesh earned his Bachelor of Sciences and Law degree from Delhi University. He also achieved his Executive Management Certification from University of Delaware.
The Washington Area Alumni Business Alliance (WAABA) engages William & Mary alumni involved in the business community in the D.C. area.
