KIPP DC is a high performing network of college-preparatory, public charter schools in Washington, DC. All KIPP DC schools are tuition-free, open enrollment, and actively recruit and serve students in the city's most under-resourced communities. Almost 100% of the student body is African American, and more than 80% qualify for the federal free or reduced-price lunch program. KIPP DC currently serves 2,600 students at nine schools throughout the District of Columbia.

Come to this information session to learn more about the Capital Teaching Residency program. This program trains aspiring teachers through an intensive one-year residency in high performing public charter schools. All residents take on a considerable amount of teaching responsibility and work alongside highly-effective mentor teachers.

If you are interested in scheduling a 20 minute meeting after the presentation with the recruiters, please visit TribeCareers to register for a meeting time.
