Actress Lauren Potter is best known for her role as Becky Jackson on the television show Glee. Lauren has continued to push past the limitations of her disability to prove herself as a talented actress and dancer, as well as an inspiring role-model. She was recently appointed to President Obama's Commission on Intellectual Disabilities and continues to be a voice for other people with disabilities who may not have the same opportunities. She will join us in Williamsburg to share her personal experiences as a professional with Down Syndrome and speak to the Spread the Word to End the Word? Campaign.
