The Supreme Court Preview brings together distinguished judges, academics, lawyers, and journalists for a weekend of lively intellectual debate and discussion surrounding the Supreme Court's 2023-2024 term. Friday night will begin with a moot court featuring experienced Supreme Court advocates. Saturday will continue with distinguished panels of academics, journalists, and judges discussing the most consequential and compelling cases the Court will decide within the next year.
