INTERESTED IN A CAREER IN PUBLISHING?
Leah Enser, a 2012 graduate of both the College of William and Mary and the Publishing Institute at the University of Denver, will be on campus on Wednesday, February 19th at 5:00pm to present an information session for the Publishing Institute. Ms. Enser will discuss with you the kinds of opportunities the publishing industry affords and the training the Publishing Institute offers.
The 2014 Publishing Institute will be held from July13th to August 8th. The Publishing Institute is an intensive, four-week summer program that provides a broad overview of all aspects of the publishing industry in lectures as well as hands-on workshops in editing and marketing. The faculty members are all professionals working in the publishing industry, and they cover topics from the role of the editor to marketing, from digital publishing to the work of the literary agent, from textbook to spiritual publishing.
