A new musical.  A Virginia ghost shares her tempestuous life story of 18th-century privilege and loss.

Book & lyrics by William Schermerhorn ’82. Music by Elise Morris. Staged workshop directed by Laurie J. Wolf, Professor of Theatre. Musical direction by Phaedra McNorton, Lecturer in Musical Theatre & Musical Theatre Director. Scenography & Soundscape by David Garrett, Visiting Assistant Professor of Theatre. Featuring McKenna Grantier ’23 as Lucy Ludwell Paradise.

Following a successful workshop at the Sir Christopher Wren Building in June and a summer of script rewrites, additional music composition and many conversations based on the positive and pointed feedback from those first audience members, "MADam LUCY, deceased" returns to the campus of William & Mary as it continues on its theatrical path. Support for the staged workshop production is provided in part by the W&M Theatre & Dance Performance Fund (5270)

Performances on Friday, Oct. 20, at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, Oct. 21, at 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, Oct. 22, at 2 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased through the Box Office website.
