Join the Center for Geospatial Analysis on February 16th from 12 PM - 4 PM as a part of Love Data Week 2024. We will be bringing together a myriad of speakers, alumni panelists, and researchers to discuss all things geodata. There will be a series of events throughout the day in the Ford Classroom on the ground floor of Swem. Free pizza and coffee will be served.

Event schedule outlined here: Pete Berquist will be speaking from 12 to 1, outlining his career with GIS, starting at William and Mary up to now! Following our speaker, we will be hosting a panel from 1:30 to 2:30, featuring four William and Mary alum who have careers in GIS, they will speak about their paths and then participate in a Q&A with students. Finally, from 3 to 4, there will be a series of talks from four of William and Mary’s own professors presenting their research, this will be a great way to hear from about GIS on campus!
