IFC Cooking Competition

In a group of 3-4 brothers, join IFC Health and Wellness at Commons Dining Hall from 6-7pm on May, 1st to compete to make a healthy meal against other chapters. While doing so listen to dietitian Becky Vick as she coaches you into best cooking practices and what makes a healthy meal. Food and materials will be provided.
