The next edition of Bray School Stories, our monthly Zoom genealogy series on the scholars of the Williamsburg Bray School, will be held Monday, August 26 at 6:00 PM. Bray School Stories details Elizabeth Drembus' on-going search for the Descendants of the Bray School scholars. 

In August, we focus on the impact of doing "hard history" on descendant community members as well as on Bray School Lab staff and students. Dr. Janise Parker, Associate Professor of School Psychology at William & Mary, will join the conversation to offer advice and support as we set aside time to acknowledge the variety of emotions surfacing from this work, and discuss healthy ways to process them.
