Chuck Bailey, Francis Tanglo-Aguas, and Gene Tracy each taught a pilot COLL 100 this fall. In this brown bag session they discuss the communication skills piece and guide a conversation with participants: their experiences, what they learned, and resources that are available to support COLL 100 course development.
