The event is a half-day conference designed to provide both the novice and seasoned student leader with the additional tools to take your leadership and your organization to the next level. With our keynoted and guest speaker, T.J. Sullivan we will explore ways to Motivate the Middle and discourage apathy amongst your group membership.
It is an opportunity for student organization leaders to engage in conversation and explore leadership topics to help elevate their organizations as they prepare for the year ahead. Session topics such as event planning and execution, conflict management, marketing and promotion, and creating change will be offered.
We will begin with registration at 10:45am in Miller Hall and conclude promptly at 3:30pm. Lunch will be provided. Registration is required.
The first 50 students to register and attend will receive TJ Sullivan's book Motivating the Middle: Fighting Apathy in College Student Organizations.
