[PAST EVENT] Student Initiative for Educational Awareness

Interested in education reform and policy? Considering a career in teaching? If so, come out to a film screening of the recently released film The Road to Teach hosted by the Student Initiative for Educational Awareness on September 15 at 7:00 pm in Blow Hall room 332. SIEA is a student-led campus organization that seeks to raise educational awareness by fundraising on behalf of our partner organization (chosen each semester). This semester we are partnering with Jacob's Ladder, a program geared towards empowering intellectually gifted at-risk fourth through eighth grade students to reach their full potential. While this event is free and open to the William & Mary community, attendees are encouraged to consider contributing a small donation (even a few cents!) to support the great work of our partner organization. Refreshments will be provided.
