[PAST EVENT] Mental Health First Aid Faculty/Staff

The Office of Health Promotion and the Healthy Campus 2020 Coalition are sponsoring a Mental Health First Aid Training course for faculty and staff January 14-15 (8:30am-12:30pm each day). Mental Health First Aid is a nationally acclaimed training course that provides those who work closely with students the tools they need to recognize and help someone going through a crisis and identify and respond to signs of mental illness and substance abuse. This training is significant on many levels, but most importantly, it encourages and instills confidence in professionals to have these potentially life-saving conversations with students. This training is capped at 30 participants so after this limit has been reached the form below will no longer be available and those interested will be instructed on how to join a waiting list.
