[PAST EVENT] Free CERT Training

CERT participants are trained and maintained as part of the Williamsburg Neighborhood Response Teams (NRT). CERT training can give you the basic skills needed immediately following a major disaster, when emergency services may not be available and when residents may have to rely on each other for life-saving and life-sustaining needs. The CERT training includes Disaster Preparedness, Fire Safety, Disaster Medical Operations, Light Search and Rescue, Disaster Communication, CERT Organization, Disaster Psychology, and Terrorism and CERT.
