[PAST EVENT] eLearning Workshop - "Engaging Students with Visual Media"

We are increasingly surrounded by images and video in our everyday lives. How can we take advantage of this in our classes? This workshop shares how faculty can use media to engage students, to convey content and to clarify complex concepts.
Come see how other W&M faculty incorporate visual media into their classes. We'll also share how to leverage the Library's significant expertise and media databases for use in your own courses. There will be an opportunity to discuss your specific presentation questions and practices with fellow faculty and eLearning team members immediately following the workshop.
