[PAST EVENT] Muscarelle Museum of Art Fall Festival: Brafferton Stomp Dance
It's that time of year again! Join us for a student event at the Muscarelle Museum of Art, which will feature a stomp dance performance, delicious food, and unique art exhibition.
Brafferton Stomp Dance 2016 coincides with the Museum's current exhibition named Building the Brafferton: The Founding, Funding and Legacy of America's Indian School. This exhibition features historical paintings, engravings, archival documents, and contemporary Native American Art. In addition to enjoying the dance performance and catered cuisine, students are welcome to explore the exhibition throughout the event.
The Stomp Dance performance will be held from 7-9 pm in the back of the Museum. Menu will include chili, corn bread, hot cider and hot chocolate, and more delicious food! Vegetarian options will be available. Admission is free with valid W&M student ID. Don't miss this special night full of fall festivities and a one-of-a-kind exhibition!
