Did you know that approximately 70% of William & Mary undergraduates participate in research in some way? While research can be a very rewarding and dynamic experience, at times it can also be challenging and stressful. Join the Mental Health branch of HOPE as we delve deeper into why we do research, reflect on personal experiences and how others play a role, and share strategies to promote mental well-being in and out of the lab.
