More people die each year from heroin and prescription opioid overdose than from car accidents. Chasing the Dragon (2016) was co-produced by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Drug Enforcement Agency to "give a face" to addiction and raise awareness of the prescription opioid and heroin epidemic sweeping out nation. The documentary follows the stories and struggles of seven addicts and the connection between prescription opioid abuse and heroin.
