Join us as we gather for a lovely spring lunch meeting and an outrageously fascinating true story about how our beloved university was founded... and funded by pirate loot!

William & Mary's very own John Fitzhugh Millar M.A. '81 will be our speaker. John is a material-culture historian, author, history and architectural history professor, shipbuilder, English country dancer, innkeeper, folk singer, storyteller extraordinaire and more!

Hourly parking is available across from the World Trade Center in the Town Point Garage, 110 W. Main Street.

We will be in the lovely Lafayette Room on the Elizabeth River, it has a maximum capacity of 30 people, so please RSVP as soon as you are able.
