[PAST EVENT] AMP / Sunken Sports
Hate being cooped up during quarantine? Need to stretch your legs after a long week of studying? AMP has a solution!
The Special Events Committee invites you to play fun outdoor games in the Sunken Garden this weekend. This event will take place Saturday, October 1st from 1-4pm. AMP is partnering with the W&M Rec Center to set out sports and garden games equipment for you to use at your leisure.
If this alone doesn’t spark your interest, there will be music, free event t-shirts, and a chance to win a raffle prize of a basket of home exercise equipment! Be sure to visit the AMP table to get a shirt and a raffle ticket on your way in. Feel free to show up anytime throughout the event. Bring your friends, roommates, the cute acquaintance in your 8AM, or anyone else you can find to play games outside together before the weather gets too cold!
Face masks and social distancing will be required for the entirety of the event. The Rec Center will be providing sanitizing for the equipment between uses.
