Ultimate frisbee is a super fun team sport that gives both a good workout and the chance to build a variety of athletic skills. The sport is really unique in a couple ways: it's player-officiated and relies on the Spirit of the Game, where kindness and respect is emphasized between teammates and opponents. A cohesive and supportive community is central to the sport.
