[PAST EVENT] 16th Annual National Curriculum Network Conference
March 9, 2011 - March 11, 2011
The conference will be held March 9-11 at the College of William & Mary. It features nationally recognized speakers such as Dr. Tracy L. Cross, Dr. Joyce VanTassel-Baska, Dr. Rena Subotnik, and Dr. Del Siegle, who will share their in-depth perspectives and research.
Additionally, there is a one day pre-conference workshop with session topics including Key Essentials of Curriculum Development for Gifted Students; The Center for Gifted Education Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies Curricula Research Skills and Strategies for Elementary and Middle School Students; Bring Creativity to Your Classroom; The Social and Emotional Development of Students with Gifts and Talents; Literary Analysis for Gifted Children: Using Novel Study Guides to Promote Critical Thinking; and To Be or Not To Be: The Social and Emotional Dilemmas Facing Students with Gifts and Talents.
