[PAST EVENT] Faculty Research Talk: Developing Your Talent as a Scientist Dr. Elizabeth Harbron

We will discuss talent development in the sciences based on Prof. Harbron's perspective, which she has developed over more than 10 years of observing W&M science majors in the classroom, teaching labs, and research labs. It's not just about the classes or even getting into a research lab! We will talk about some of the not-so-obvious issues like developing scientific self-confidence and finding a field that suits your personality.
