    Join the Disability Alliance, Lawyers Helping Lawyers, and the National Lawyers Guild at W&M for a discussion about the history of how Virginia has approached mental health and addiction issues in the legal profession. Vic Glasberg will talk about his role in Clark v. Virginia Bd. of Bar Examiners, which was an ADA challenge to the Virginia Bar’s Character & Fitness questions regarding mental health treatment. Janet Van Cuyk and Jim Leffler of Virginia Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program will discuss current resources for attorneys and students and how Virginia approaches mental health and addiction issues in the profession.
