This workshop will focus on identifying and practicing strategies to enhance, refine, or rework your approach to pressures so you can cope and thrive in challenging environments.
Join together to practice a variety of simple mindfulness techniques for the brain and body to shift and steady. No experience is needed.
Can we engage and lead with our values at this time of heightened political polarization? Can we be peace builders?
